We are Chris and Nik, an English couple who have moved to Bulgaria and set up our company Wildrovers. Chris is a mechanic and former motorcycle shop owner, while Nik has done office and computer work. When we decided to leave England we both had jobs as truck drivers. Chris has over twenty years' experience working on and driving off-road vehicles.

We chose Veliko Tarnovo region because of the beauty of the landscape, the ease of access to both countryside and the city, and the friendliness of the local people.

We don't have a mission statement - we just want our customers to be happy enough with our products and services that they come back time and again. If you're purchasing parts and accessories from us, directly or from a dealer we supply, we will endeavour to get you the most suitable product for your purpose. If you're bringing your 4x4 for a service, you can rely on our years of experience. If you're coming for some 4x4 training or on an adventure holiday with us, we will do our best to give you an experience you will never forget, in the nicest possible way. Our holidays are tailored to suit you: we will find favourite places as we go, but there is so much to see in eastern Europe and Russia that we can take you somewhere different every year - we don't want to just take you back to the same places each year.

We are currently building a fully equipped workshop to prepare and equip vehicles. You can bring your own 4x4 or hire one of ours. As an alternative for those who plan to holiday in the area regularly, we offer a vehicle storage service. You can leave your 4x4 with us and have it prepped ready for you to join us on a trek or go off exploring on your own.

The city of Veliko Tarnovo boasts dozens of hotels, apartments and guest houses. There are also camp sites close by. Just let us know your preference and we will arrange accommodation for the time you plan to spend in Veliko Tarnovo.

Aside from off-roading, Nik likes scuba diving and climbing and both of us like motorcycling and cycling.
